Debates at the Hôtel de Courcy
The conference will be held at the Hôtel de Courcy, the seat of the Regional Council of Brittany.
The Hôtel was built in 1830 by Louis-Guy Richelot, then Architect of the City, and was later inhabited by noble families before being given to the State in 1950. It has been in the register of Historical Monuments since 1973.

The conference will also be held at Sciences Po Rennes, our school.
Sciences Po Rennes was built in 1991. It is a public institution of higher education whose vocation is to train students, from the whole population, for responsible jobs in the public, private and associative sectors, in France as well as in Europe and the rest of the world.
