Debates at the Hôtel de Courcy
The conference will be held at the Hôtel de Courcy, the seat of the Regional Council of Brittany.
The Hôtel was built in 1830 by Louis-Guy Richelot, then Architect of the City, and was later inhabited by noble families before being given to the State in 1950. It has been in the register of Historical Monuments since 1973.
The sessions of the DISEC will take place in the main amphitheatre of the Hôtel, while sessions of the Security Council, the African Union and the Human Rights Council (Conseil des Droits de l’Homme) will take place in adjacent conference rooms.
